ToolShare is a neighbourhood demo for borrowing and lending tools in Canada. These terms are a short working copy, not a law firm’s contract.

You must be 18 or older. Listings must be tools you own. You keep the tool in a safe, working state and tell the truth in photos.

Bookings are between neighbours. ToolShare takes a platform fee and a replacement-value hold at pickup. A clean return releases that hold. Damage can capture it.

Local test payments use Stripe test mode. They are not real charges. Do not enter live card numbers here.

We can hide a listing or close a disputed booking from the admin panel. Canadian consumer and tax rules still apply to you as a person.
